If you fill in the form

I keep what you send (your name, business, mobile and trade) so I can ring you and set you up. On that call I may also take your hours, your carrier and the numbers you never want texted.

If you called a business that uses Righto

When a business using Righto misses your call, you get one text asking if it's about a job. If you reply, your answers, photos and any voicemail go to that business so they can call you back. That's all they're used for. Nothing is sold or used for marketing.

Reply STOP to any text and you won't be texted again by any business using Righto. Reply START to undo it.

Chats, photos and voicemails are deleted after 90 days. If a business stops using Righto, their customers' chats are deleted too.

If the AI receptionist answered your call

Some businesses have an AI assistant answer the calls they miss. It says it's an AI at the start of the call and asks if it can record. If you say yes, a written transcript is kept so the tradie gets the details right. Audio isn't kept. If you say no, nothing is recorded and only the job details are kept: your name, number, the job, the suburb or address, the time you'd like and how urgent it is.

Transcripts and job details are deleted after 90 days, the same as text chats.

Where your details are processed

The tradie app

The app at /app/ uses a sign-in cookie and, if you turn them on, push notifications to your phone. It shows your own chats, skip list and settings only.

Emails to businesses

I email businesses at work addresses they publish on their own websites, about this service only. Every email says who it's from and has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes are acted on straight away, and always within 5 business days.

Seeing or deleting your details
